* If you want to take your
bike on the train it's possible on the trains to Inca, Manacor and Sa Pobla
(but not on the train to Sóller). The number of bikes per train is
restricted to 4. You can take the bikes on all trains on the weekend, but
from Monday to Friday some trains in rush hour don't allow bikes. It is free
of charge.
A bike route from Campos to Pollença is being planned
* The majorcan government needs a 50 % subvention from Madrid . The
project costs 5.7 milion €.
* The bike route will cross the following villages: Alcúdia, Pollença,
Campanet, sa Pobla, Muro,
Santa Margalida, Ariany, Maria de la
Salut, Petra, Sineu, Artà,
Manacor, Sant Llorenç, Felanitx, Campos and
Santanyí.
- On 2007 work has started on the ECOVIES around Petra,
Maria, Muro, Pollença, Alcúdia and Santa Margalida.
